Painting La Forteresse - progress!

Another week is almost gone.  Time goes very quickly.  The progress has been great at the site.  I take a couple of pictures one day and then redo them again the next because there has been so much progress.

Many thanks to our team from Elora/Fergus for kicking this off and getting us off to a very good start.  The priming and painting of the white ceilings, beams and very time consuming windows was a real boost.

Up at 2 am today, so after devotions, thought that I'd take the time to post a couple more pics.  These are updated photos of the main floor to enjoy.  We are still working, so you have to imagine the clutter gone.  These are mostly pictures of the building, sorry but perhaps in another post we can give you a close up of the team.

The last photo is of two of our volunteer painters.  They are from the church and do not get paid for their work.  They are excellent painters and work very hard at it.  Of course there are other excellent volunteer painters that are not shown.  The boy in the middle is actually one of my construction workers that happened to sneak into the photo, brush and all.

Many thanks to Tami Goslow for her excellent work and for co-ordinating the painting.
